If step 4 succeeds, while this step fails, there can be several possible causes
 
(1) the database does not exist. Specify another database name.
(2) the user does not have sufficient rights to access the database. In that case, use the tab 'User permissions' in the TPX Administrator program to grant sufficient rights for this user.
(3) the password is invalid
