Searching

TreePad has a number of options for making your searches more efficient.

To show the search toolbar, from the menu bar choose View >Toolbars > Search.

Enter the text you want to search for in the box at the right. Your most recent searches can be chosen by clicking

Click  to choose whether to search the whole tree, a subtree beginning at the currently selected node, just the open article, all articles within the subtree, all articles, all nodes within the subtree, or all nodes.

Start your search by clicking . (Or press [Ctrl] +F.)

Search again for the same text by clicking  or pressing F3.

You can make your search case sensitive (searching for "TreePad" will not find "treepad") by clicking .
